The breakfast was perfect just need to add another trash can at entrance to dining area. People kept having to walk around others getting breakfast to use trash can by kitchen at back of dining room and it got really crowded and it would be easier to have a trash can on your way out. Add English muffins, Turkey bacon and better fake eggs. The worker kept everything stocked and wiped down. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating when we left key n room they kindly gave us another. The front desk had freshly baked cookies for guest and a 24hr snack bar and drinks to purchase. I loved our mattress. The A/C worked great. The room was clean just some dark hair strands on our bathroom floor. I just put towels down on the floor. We requested 2 rooms close together at booking online to arrive within the hour and they accommodated my request with 1 hr notice. Indoor 4ft pool, workout room. Very very close to Tanger and all shopping stores and movie Theatre when taking back roads. It was 15 minutes to downtown Charleston not a bad drive. It would definitely be a great place to stay again for a girls shopping trip. We just came for 1 night for a spring break get away before Grandchildren went back to school. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

I am a normal person that wanted a good deal on a safe and clean hotel. We stayed one night and just wanted to enjoy Charleston. I was very pleased with the customer service, the employee working the desk was very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, no they are not brand new but I was happy with the quality of the comfort and amenities. Again I am a simple person so I’m not looking for a luxury hotel but this was a perfect choice to stay for the night.

I liked that the property was in pretty good distance of everything we needed and the staff was great! Super easy check in and check out. the place was clean and everything was pretty average as for as the comfort of the beds and room go. The TV is also great!
